Baker’s Dozen (and Other Family Manners)

Written & Directed By Daniel Martin

November 6-22, 2014
Thursday-Saturday Nights at 8pm

Performed at 5th Avenue Antiques

Three one act plays about the joys and sorrows of modern families...dead chickens, deformed children, and drag queens...it's a slice of life as only Theatre Downtown can serve it. In Baker's Dozen, two boys unsuspectingly find themselves raising a dozen chicks. Meanwhile, in Bag Boy, an awkward young girl makes a connection with a strange boy while trying to sell her last box of cookies. And, finally, in Pink Lemonade, two sweet church ladies prove that appearances can be deceiving when they entertain an unexpected guest for dinner.

Featuring: Salena Whalen-Stalker, Christopher Campbell, Bates Redwine, Sara James, Tony Lovell, Penny Thomas, Jared Funderburg, and Flannery Whaley
